Slacks fell in love with creation as a very young child. Coming from the Carroll Park section of West Philadelphia, Slacks is a visual artist who has always found beauty and inspiration in the harshness and calamity of the city as well as in the serenity of nature. 

Within every one of his pieces he strives to capture and depict the most genuine feelings, energies and emotions of his subject matter; whether it be an intimate, galactic encounter as seen in “Love Universal” or the smoky orange glow of a street light in “Under the street Light.”

Slacks has been creating art in various mediums for over 25 years. Within that time, he's started... stopped...started again...stopped again longer than the first time just to start again annnnd say f*ck this yet again lol. All that being said to, ultimately say, as artists and creators, there’s no blueprint. We simply create. And that’s the beauty of it all.
